How It Works
You email one person. We coordinate the rest.
You get one coordination point for your China → LAX shipment. I compare pricing, clean up documents, coordinate licensed partners, and send proactive updates so you do not have to chase suppliers, forwarders, and brokers.
Primary scope: FOB ocean and FCA air, China → LAX
Role clarity: I coordinate. Licensed freight forwarders move cargo. Licensed U.S. customs brokers clear customs.
Your shipment in 5 steps
01.
Submit intake + upload documents
You submit a short intake and upload your draft commercial invoice and packing list. I review everything, flag any issues, and tell you exactly what is missing, unclear, or needs correction before cutoffs.
You provide:
- Cargo ready date
- Carton count, weights, and dimensions
- Draft invoice and packing list
02.
Quote comparison + recommendation
I coordinate quotes from licensed forwarder partners and send you a clear comparison and recommendation. You see what is included, what is not included, and what the risks are.
You receive:
- Quote comparison summary
- Recommended option based on timeline and cargo
03.
Freight Booking + cutoff management
Once you approve a quote, I coordinate booking with the licensed forwarder, manage receiving and document cutoffs, and follow up with your supplier to keep the handoff on time.
You receive:
- Booking confirmation
- Cutoff reminders and document deadlines
- Supplier delivery instructions (FOB or FCA)
04.
Broker handoff + customs monitoring
I coordinate document handoff to licensed customs broker and monitor clearance. If anything is requested, I help you respond fast so the shipment does not stall.
You receive:
- Clear action items if anything is needed
- Updates when entry or release status changes
05.
Milestone email updates + closeout
You receive proactive email updates at key milestones. After release, I close out the shipment and save a final document set so the next shipment runs smoother.
You receive:
- Fast milestone updates
- Exception escalation when problems happen
- Final document set for your records
06.
Arrival + commercial delivery (optional)
If you choose port-to-door, we coordinate delivery scheduling and appointment requirements to your commercial destination and keep you updated through delivery.
You receive:
- Delivery scheduling and appointment coordination with the warehouse/3PL
- Escalation support if there are delays, re-delivery risk, or missing information
