No. Global Entryway provides logistics coordination services only. Transportation is performed by a licensed freight forwarder. Customs entry and clearance are performed by a licensed U.S. customs broker.
No for routine coordination. You email Global Entryway. Partners contact you directly only when legally required (POA, approvals, payments), and we stay copied.
Forwarders execute the shipment. I help you avoid common seller problems:

- invoices and packing lists that trigger delays
- slow updates that leave you guessing where the cargo is
I compare pricing and service options, check and clean your documents before cutoffs, and provide immediate email updates so your shipment stays on track.
Yes, optional add-on to commercial destinations only (3PL/prep center/warehouse). Residential delivery is not offered.
Commercial invoice and packing list are required for every shipment. Some products may require additional documents such as battery documents or SDS.
You pay the licensed freight forwarder and customs broker directly. You pay Global Entryway for coordination services.
Yes. The quote and planning fee covers the quote process and is non-refundable once the quote comparison is delivered. If you proceed, the fee is credited toward the total standard coordination fee.
